Here's another Delicious #teamBahay recipe na kumpleto na sa sustansya, kumpleto pa sa sarap! 👇😊😋 ILOCOS-STYLE EGG NOODLE SOUP
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons cooking oil
4 cloves garlic, crushed
1/4 kilo chicken, (use breast part, cooked), shredded
8 cups chicken stock, (or 2 chicken cubes to be dissolved in 8 cups of water)
1/4 cup achuete powder
400g Delicious Egg Noodles
salt, to taste
1 egg, boiled

Procedure:
1. Sauté crushed garlic in preheated oil and add shredded chicken.
2. Add chicken stock. Bring to a boil.
3. Add achuete powder
4. Add the Delicious Egg Noodles and cook for 3 to 5 minutes.
5. Ladle some soup and noodles in a bowl then top boiled egg.
